Mark W. Reber, 58, of Decatur, Indiana passed away at his residence on October 1, 2019. He was born in Decatur, Indiana on February 11, 1961, the son of the late Dean M. and Mildred H. (Wemhoff) Reber.
Mark is survived by 3 daughters, Nicole M. McDougall of Tampa, FL; Brittany D. McDougall of Ft. Wayne, IN and Jena L. Reber of Ft. Wayne, IN; former wife & mother of their daughters, Teresa R. Reber; 2 sisters, Janis L. Reber Booth (Sharon Thomas) & Susan M. Reber Harris (John Harris); 2 grandchildren, Boston Everett and Hudson Darnell, 3 nieces, Christine, Elizabeth and Michelle and 2 nephews, Michael and Joshua.
In addition to spending the majority of his adulthood working for Goldshield (REV), Mark took much pride in his lawn-care business, Lawncare 4 Less. He was the Dallas Cowboys #1 fan and his hobbies included spending time with his family, enjoying his time outdoors and as an avid hunter does - waiting for opening day of deer season. Mark lived his life to the absolute fullest and was known by many for his love of adventure, his sense of humor and his kindness to all. To the ones closest to him though, he will be remembered for being most proud of his role as a father to his 3 daughters. God blessed him with the ability to love with his whole heart and for that his girls are forever grateful.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home. A Visitation will be held 4 hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
