Kelly K. Baumann, 44, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at her residence. She was born on December 25, 1973 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Lucian “Byron” Rachuba and Carol K. (Fuerst) Long. On January 21, 2002, she married Trevor J. Baumann.
She was a member of Browns Bridge Church in Cumming, Georgia. She graduated from John Glenn High School in 1992, and later graduated from Central Michigan University where she was a member of the Phi Mu Sorority.
Prior to being a homemaker for the last 10 years, Kelly worked for Con-way Freight in Michigan for 8 years.
Kelly is survived by her mother, Carol K. Long of Whittemore, MI; husband of 16 years, Trevor J. Baumann of Cumming, GA; 2 daughters, Melina Baumann (12) and Sophia Baumann (10); stepson, Alex Baumann (21) all of Cumming, GA; stepmother, Judy Rachuba of Millersburg, MI; a brother, Ted Miller of Bay City, MI; a sister, Teresa (Matthew) Hoppe of Markleville, IN; father and mother-in-law, Sam (Judy) Baumann of Decatur, IN.
Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Lucian “Byron” Rachuba.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Zion-Friedheim Lutheran Church, 10703 N 550 W, Decatur, IN, with visitation 2 hours prior from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Daniel F. Dahling and burial will take place in the Zion-Friedheim Lutheran Church Cemetery at a later date.
